The Siya Kolisi Foundation Denim drive initiative, which began last August, has grown into something truly meaningful thanks to your overwhelming support!

We’ve received 800 denim donations, all transformed into powerful bags of hope. At the Saartjie Baartman Centre Power2You Centre, survivors of GBV have woven strength, renewal, and resilience into every stitch, crafting beautiful, recycled bags.

During the 16 Days of Activism, over 200 bags were sold at our head office, with all proceeds benefiting the Kolisi Foundation to support GBV survivors.

To everyone who donated denim, to those who crafted the bags, and to those who bought them – YOU have made a difference!

Thank you for being part of this incredible journey of change. This initiative is more than just upcycling; it’s about empowerment, healing, and new beginnings. Each bag is a symbol of a fresh start, a story rewritten, and a future reclaimed.
